The sessions are generally 60-75 minutes and are done by distance through phone or webcall.
Preparation:
Make sure you choose a quiet space free from distractions. It is ideal if you are able to lay down for the session. It is best not to eat or drink caffeine at least 30 minutes beforehand. Please wear comfortable clothing.
